Laura Albors Moncho is a Yoga Wellness Instructor and Kids Yoga Instructor certified by the Government of India. She is a Chef specialized in Organic Raw/Living Plant-Based Food, and Healthy Lifestyle Coach certified by the world-renowned Hippocrates Health Institute, in Florida. She completed the Progressive & Intensive Workshop of Dr. Joe Dispenza about changing thoughts and beliefs to go beyond our limitations through meditations.
